Firstly , my name is Kelsey Shallon. My ethnicity is Jamaican, but I was born in England, South London. Honestly, i've had interest in art ever since I was little, but just had troubles bringing it out. I would show my interest in art very smally, whether it be following art tuturials online, or just random doodles you would do in your notebook. Since Secondary school, that's when I would say my interest in art came out more, as I never really enjoyed learning key subjects such as Maths, Scienec, History etc. But when it came Art class, I was never bored during those lessons :D
Graphic design just stood out to me more than any other art. I'd say it's because you can incorpoate a lot in Graphic Design; Typography, drawings etc. I love to explore different styles, that's why most of my artwork don't have the same similarities as others, I like to try new things in short. I also have a strong liking towards social media. I woulsn't say the "influencing" liking but more so how companies portray themselves on social media.
